Our Board of Directors

Todd is President of Channelside Capital, a private equity investment firm based in Tampa. Prior to founding Channelside Capital, Todd served as CEO of WellCare Health Plans, Inc.. Under his leadership, WellCare completed its initial public offering and became one of the fastest-growing companies in the Fortune 1000.

Todd received his bachelor’s degree in economics, magna cum laude, from Trinity University and earned his MBA, with distinction, from Harvard Business School.

Todd’s charitable efforts in Tampa and his previous hometown of Wichita focus on helping disadvantaged individuals and communities. He supports and has served on the board of AMIkids, which helps at-risk youth through dropout prevention and alternatives to incarceration; Trinity Cafe, which feeds the homeless and hungry with dignity; Victory in the Valley, which provides cancer support services; and the Wichita YMCA.

Todd knows firsthand the importance of safeguarding the Constitution’s due process principles and is proud to be associated with DPI as it pursues this objective without regard to partisan political considerations.
