Two Views: An Exploration of SCOTUS's Criminal Law Docket

Join us for a seated lunch at The Willard on Friday, September 16 from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. to hear leading Supreme Court scholars and litigators Jeffrey L. Fisher and Erin E. Murphy discuss the criminal law docket of the 2022-23 term. 


The seated lunch is complimentary for all pre-registered attendees, as is CLE credit for VA, NY, and CA lawyers. (Applications requesting MCLE credit for this activity are pending for approval by the State Bars of Virginia, New York, and California.)


Congressional Staff: This event qualifies as a "widely attended" event under the gift rule provisions.
